Bringing stories to life. Inspiring people into stories bigger than themselves.

This lifelong journey in storytelling began at seven, when my Tia Lisa took me to my first movie and captivated me with a reading of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

That passion inspired me to study filmmaking at NYU's prestigious film program – and to share that discipline with the hundreds of college students I taught and mentored early in my career.

It motivated me to partner with the Phoenix Vice Mayor's Office to create a documentary combating sex trafficking, which gained national attention.

And it's been central to my work leading brand strategy, creative vision, and integrated campaign management for organizations like Food for the Hungry, and innovative brands across PR, education, agriculture, legal, commercial real estate, tourism, consumer goods, design, and construction.

It's also inspired by my father.

Before launching his business, he taught junior high. But he never forgot his roots. Grandpa was a principal with a school named after him: DeMiguel Elementary.

A successful entrepreneur, my dad would say, "I don't sell insurance. I teach people insurance." He took time to mentor younger colleagues to succeed.

A teacher at heart, I've been privileged to coach, build, and develop individuals, teams, and departments – rebuilding languishing teams, recruiting high-performers, and leading change management efforts.

One colleague shared: "Chad brings a rare blend of vision, strategy, and artistry to everything he touches. He doesn’t just lead teams; he inspires them.”

This passion drives me every day as I guide brands and teams into the next dynamic chapter of their story.
